Add 9.3.6 to the "All available" ECE stack pack / Docker image lists in ece-install-offline-images.md and manage-elastic-stack-versions.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
Enterprise Search is not available in 9.0+, so the link text in
ece-install-offline-images.md for all 9.x versions should use
"{{es}}, {{kib}}, and APM stack pack" instead of the 8.x form that
includes ", and Enterprise Search".
